Mac Hudson sure had a cool costume. Maybe he'll get a new lease on life if the MCU ever gets around to Alpha Flight.

Cool idea! Now to maybe flip it, with Jim Harper's Guardian and the Guardians of the Galaxy?
This is indeed a grabber of a cover. Tobor's right; what we see here is something that probably happens at least two-thirds of the way through the story, and possibly even the final page. Alternately, it could be the splash page, with the evidence being presented in flashbacks, including events from other stories featuring the GotU and GLC (et al).
As for Mac in the MCU, I predict that that'll happen in Phase Eight, though we may get passing mentions of things related to them as early as Phase Six.
Ben's comment made me want to ask for a re-teaming of Harper and Hudson, but then I found that that would be impossible -- because, to my surprise, they have yet to meet on this blog! Surely some sort of story idea can come up for the two of them to meet. ("Let's argue about the name later! Right now's the time for us to crush Intergang!")
