For The Man Who Has Everything by Alan Moore is one of my favorite Superman tales. The fact that it was illustrated by Moore's Watchmen collaborator Dave Gibbons makes it even better. I also quite enjoyed the adaptation of the story in Justice League Unlimited as well. It was fun to put an STF spin on the story here.

A nice blending, Ross. I'm genuinely surprised that DC never did a story where the Black Mercy met one of their terrestrial plant-beings. Like, say, Swamp Thing!
I can't think of any comments to make on this cover, other than that it looks really cool... and if the plant structure holding Viz in place was part of the DC cover, I don't envy the work it took to get it all to fit.
Mostly, though, I just had one of those crazy ideas that tend to pop into my head as I'm waking up: I'm wondering if there's a way to let Silent Bob make a guest appearance with the Silent Partners.
Ooh -- I can't wait to see the follow-up when Wanda goes after Mongul!
PS: A separate conversation has me thinking once again that we really need a cover where Captain Klutz joins the Union Suit Squad.

On one hand, it's a simplistic cover idea...on the other..., it's beautiful. A synthezoid's dream mind. It would depend on where the Vision is in his history. Knowing how painful it was for Clark, it could mean ANYTHING to the level of pain Vision might wind up going thru. (do synthezoids have pain? YES!!)
