The New Gods movie was scrapped and we only saw a glimpse of the denizens of Apokolips in Justice League: The Snyder Cut. Still, there may be a third chance for some live action Fourth World characters to show up. Word is that Darkseid will be the main villain of the upcoming season of Superman and Lois. Hopefully, that also means we'll see Metron and some other Kirby creations making their TV debuts.

As Metron, himself, might say: "One can only hope. But, I shan't hold my breath!"
Don't count on much if they're cutting down bugets. Love the cover.
Metron appeared in a couple of arcs of Young Justice. They wrote him very well, as more concerned with knowledge than "right" and caring little for the fates of mortals.
So, Dr. Doom is after the coveted No Prize, eh?
Special guest star, Stan Lee?
@Jim: more likely, he's trying to breach the Fourth Wall. ;-)
@Mark: Excelsior! :-)
All these years and combinations but you have never had Batman up against Dr Doom by himself. That would be an interesting test or would Doom go after Bruce Wayne first?
If a certain living vampire were in Doom's place, would that make it a "Morbius Chair"? ;-D

Leading to the alternative-reality scene in 'JLA vs. Avengers' where the JLA -- then including Hawkeye, who'd migrated to the JLA's Earth & hooked up with Black Canary before Green Arrow could do so -- saw Doom trapped in the Promethean Wall?

Groooan...
I wonder... what would happen if Patrick Star were to sit in Metron's chair?
He'd {probably) become Patrick Starro!
@Simreeve: most likely!
Dr doom vs dr who or doctor fate would be better.
Only if Ross can get all three docs in a row.
;-D
