I thought I would Pair Batman up with another Bob Kane creation, Courageous Cat & Minute Mouse. While Kane was famously assisted by the too long uncredited Bill Finger, this cartoon spoof of the Dynamic Duo was all his concept. Hmm - now that I think about it, Courageous Cat's costume looks a lot like the original costume Kane had planned for Batman, before Finger redesigned it to come up with the classic outfit!

Yes! One of my long-standing requests is finally granted. Thank you, Ross! :-)
I can't say as I've ever heard of Eaglefang, though. In fact, he looks more like that giant chicken/cow hybrid who once took on the Hulk! Is this particular creature from the Farmer Brown episode of the animated Bat-series that ran on WB back in the Nineties?
I'm not sure what that creature's real name is, but I thought I would give a shout out to Cobra Kai, so I used the name of Johnny's new Dojo. I love that series.
Also, Speaking of that Farmer Brown episode "Critters" - I have a production cel from that one of Batman flying his bat glider.
Congrats! Cartoon cels are even rarer than b/w comic samples.
For a hot Minute there I thought the entry said "Minnie Mouse"
I was thinking "how would that work?" But it turns out I was mistaken.
Great cover!
Finally!!! Yes,Ross, not only for the pairing but also for knowing that C.C. is costumed in the original concept that Bob Kane talked about. With the catmobile, it does work very nicely.
Now should Courageous Cat team with Darkwing Duck?
Maybe some time you can try pairing Ian Fleming's two great creations: James Bond and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
I'd rather see 007 team up with Number 53. ;-)
Not bad. Now how about a team-up of two Siegel & Shuster creations: Superman and Funnyman!
How about (and I thank Anon842 for this inspiration) Minnie Mouse and Capt. Carrot's Crew?
The character holding Batman is an assistant to Penguin; apparently a mutated bird of some kind. No explanation of its origin is provided.
Carycomic has a good idea. One latecomer member of the Zoo Crew was Little Cheese, the Micro-Mouse. Minnie Mouse meeting Micro-Mouse has possibilities.
