For the second part of our week-long tale, we see that this alliance between a hero and a villain was doomed to fail. At the first sight of adversity, Cat-Man has turned tail and abandoned his partner. You can bet she won't forget this if they should ever cross paths again - which they will in Part 3, coming tomorrow!

Oh, brother! He's going to pay for that for the rest of his nine lives.
What Anonymous said. :-)
They're right... though they hopefully make up by the end. In the actual comics, Cat-Man has become something of an antihero, of the sort that Marvel's actual Tigra mightn't mind working with.
Side note: In some alternate reality, this is an actual weekly comic that's been running for (get this) 70 years, as of issue #3650. Make it a monthly comic, and it's been going for over 300 years!
Ross, how many books & images did you have to look at to find (presumably) 7 cover-worthy images of Cat-Man?
Haha a lot! That's kind of how this multi-part tale happened. I wanted to do a single meeting between the two, but I had a few different combos to choose from and it kept growing.
Ya mean Catman turned YELLOW?
Be interesting to know what he sees when he goes Skrull-ing thru his memories? Guess that's a tail for another time.
We need an appearance by Atlas comics Tiger Man!
Looks like I'll have to skrull down...
Seconding an appearance by Atlas Tiger Man as well as appearances by Tigra's former alias, the Cat, her succesor Hellcat (who should meet up with Catman in another adventure if possible) and maybe Earth-Holyoke's Catman with partner, Kitten (or the adult version of Kitten from Earth-AC :))
Talk about scalded cats!
