Ever since Wanda/Vision, there has been rampant speculation as to when and where (and if) Mephisto will show up in the MCU. I haven't really been expecting him to show up yet, so I have not been disappointed at his absence thus far. Now that Agatha Harkness is getting her own spinoff Disney+ series, there's another chance to get him into the mix though. If he's going to make his debut anywhere, that might be an appropriate place.

I wonder if his debut will also lead to the Silver Surfer's?
P.S.---has Spider-man ever faced Dr. Zin's robot (from JONNY QUEST) on any of your prior covers?
If Mephisto is to appear in any announced project, it probably would be in House of Harkness, though I don't think her backstory would warrant more than a small scene (or possibly a full episode) where he gives her that ability to absorb others' magic. I imagine he could show up in a post-credit scene in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness or something, but I really don't see anything else listed in Phase Four where his involvement would seem appropriate (and not just because those are the only two magic-related projects on the schedule).
No, it'll be a while before the MCU really goes big on the supernatural angle -- possibly not even within the Multiverse Saga (or whatever they're calling this one).
(Regarding WandVision, I rewatched that show a few days ago, and I still suspect that Hayward was replaced -- and not with a Skrull -- somewhere between his scenes at S.W.O.R.D. HQ and his involvement at Westview.)
@Bob: Are you suspecting a Space Phantom working for one of the Lords of Limbo?*
*I often wonder, btw, why Marvel had never done a summer epic based on a "turf war" between Immortus and Belasco.
That's a possibility. I was originally figuring he was Mephisto, until I realized that the M.O. was all wrong. And I suppose he could be a rogue Skrull after all (we can find out about that in Secret Invasion).
Hi Ross, it's always great when you have supernatural characters get together. Could we have the Ghostbusters meet the Blues Brothers?
That's a good idea.
Uh oh, looks like IDW did a Ghostbusters/Blues Brothers crossover already with a "Jake Blues" paying a visit to Peter Venkman.
Boy, won't Mephisto be ticked off once he learns John's soul is already pledged to three other demon lords...
