The Phantom and Swamp Thing

With his connection to The Green, Swamp Thing can appear virtually anywhere on Earth.  I figure some sort of environmental crisis in Bengali could draw him to The Phantom's home. Will he be mistaken for being the cause of the country's troubles?  Where does the story go from there?  The answers are just 60 cents away!

As Wile E. Coyote would say, "Genius. Pure genius."

Being Commander of the jungle patrol, Mr Walker might have heard of some strange goings on in a valley with an unfriendly tribe. While he is not a jungle Batman, he can do stealth very well. But even he can still be surprised by things beyond his normal range of experiences.
Definitely worth a friendly ring mark.

By the way, regarding the Phantom's other group, the Warriors of Wakanda, tis been said that Chadwick had already done voice work for four animated stories of the Marvel series to come. Things to wait for.

I'll bet sixty cents that the Tseng Brotherhood are smuggling the Golden Age Heap to Bangalla for use as a mystically brainwashed weapon...against the Ghost Who Walks!

A case of his supernatural motif finally being TOO convincing (a la Batman being hunted by BTVS).

does anyone remember the cartoon defenders of the earth???( one of my favorite cartoons)...maybe swamp thing is seeking out the phantom to join the defenders of the earth to join them or looking for some help from them.could be...

To be followed by George of the Jungle joining (at least one of) the Warriors of Wakanda for "Bungle in the Jungle"! (Then he faces off against Namor for "Aqualung," and goes Back to the Future for "Living in the Past"... I don't even know how many Jethro Tull songs you could reference here, but those can make a decent trilogy!)

On another topic, I miss Iron Beetle. Maybe he could go up against Godzilla, or join the crew on FarScape or Lost in Space, or get tossed into a certain galaxy far, far away....

Love to see Swamp Thing and the Phantom working together to save Bengali. Maybe then Swampy will team up with Smoky Bear next to track down some unusual forest fire starters.

@jack-el: We might as well throw in Emil Skoda, Howard Silk, and the Farmers Insurance guy while we're at it!
