Nightwing and Daredevil
Batman and Daredevil have actually crossed paths, and it was definitely cool... but this is a pairing that might actually work even better. While Daredevil has had his share of grim and gloomy stories, I like him best when he still has some of that original lighthearted attitude from his earlier adventures. That disposition would make him a good fit with Dick Grayson, who has the skills of Batman without quite as much angst. I can see them getting the job done effectively while still appreciating how cool it is to be a superhero, making for a fun story.

Comics should be fun. There's not a whole lot of fun in comics anymore...
That's what was missing from the Daredevil movie. Sounds like what is missing from the Superman movie for some people...
Dick Grayson and the Titans were all about fun.
I don't know, AirDave. In the mid-1980s, when I discovered The New Teen Titans, that was a pretty angst ridden team book. Robin and Kid Flash were ALWAYS on the verge of quitting the superhero game, Robin and Starfire were growing apart, Cyborg was depressed about his android side and hated his father, Raven was slowing becoming evil/losing her mind because of Trigon, Terra was plotting against the whole team, sheesh, the Titans were a well written yet depressing book at times!
This is another awesome cover -- a brilliant pairing of two images that just go together without being planned that way.
It happens, though, that I don't recognize either of the villains' names. I had to go look up which goes to which side.
And now that I know about DC's Black Mask (Champions, BTW, has a superhero by that name), I think that he and Red Skull would make for an interesting team-up against Batman and Captain America.
This is a great pairing for another reason: these two characters are arguably the most notable pu$$y-hounds in comics. Who cares about the bad guys, I wanna know who beds more babes by the time the story is finished. Nice work Ross!
Dang-I'm getting addicted to this site.
I never think of these pairings, but they're always perfect.
E-man and Plastic Man
Jon, I have a cover close to that in the pipeline...
Love this one, another great teamup. Any plans for a V for Vendetta cover? Maybe Rorshach or Batman or Anarky :D
Keep up the awesome
I do love that mini-series...
How about all 3? http://www.comicartfans.com/gallerypiece.asp?piece=1052344
