Looks like the Living Mummy was living it up _too much_ at the last Carneval! Either that, or he came from Egypt via Skartaris (using the same teleportal as that T-rex from STF #3287).
In a real comics world, these two would probably have their own series together (at least, a mini-series). Maybe someday you can feature them in a four-part saga or something.
A two-parter might be less expensive, Bob. What with "DaCosta" computer time going up and all.
