The Creeper and Doc Samson

Have we all forgotten that Doc Samson is part of the MCU.  If William Hurt and Tim Roth could continue their roles after The Incredible Hulk, then way can't Doctor Leonard Samson?  Actually, if he were to get a Gamma infusion like in the comics, this might be a good candidate to recast.  As much as I like Ty Burrell, It might be hard to take the former Phil Dunphy seriously with  a muscular physique and long green hair!

Unfortunately, William Hurt can no longer play ex-General Ross. Anymore than the late, great Mr. Boseman can play Prince T'Challa! As for anatomical incongruities? If Chris Evans' face can be spliced on to a shorter body double, to convincingly make Steve Rogers look not tall enough for military service, then I don't see why the exact opposite tweaking couldn't be done for Ty Burrell (or some other equally lean actor).

Tentative example: Lou Ferrigno with a green wig, red shirt, and black leggings voice-dubbed by Mr. Burrell.

I'd love to see a live action Creeper, if they could pull it off without him looking absurd.

Oh man, now I want a D+ show of other MCU characters going for therapy sessions with Doc Samson as he becomes specialized in treating super-heroes much like She-Hulk did as a lawyer. Plus some bonus appearances on other shows and movies, of course.

I too would like to see Samson’s return. Poor guy doesn’t get enough love, IMO.

ya missed The Joker being here for the green, green tresses of home. And Doc getting to the "root" of their problems? Priceless. But why split hairs? Those boots were made for walking. great freeze frame.

Even greater would be Judge Dredd and Cy-Gor vs. Brainiac on the Planet Of The Apes!

Great cover! Add She-Hulk for a green-haired gathering.

Oooh! Oooh! How about this? A green-skinned wedding...between Shulkie and Brainiac.

Really, Cary? And the bride’s with Jen and Tonic?

You're thinking of the magician duo: Penn and Tonic.

That would be great! If not, his own animated series would be acceptable!

Personally I'm waiting for the emergence of The Leader. (Maybe as a post-credits thing in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law?)

Mr. Greenwade's right. Such a cameo appearance would make for a great Lead-in!

Two great pairings for a pulse-pounding, piledriving power-packed punch-fest! The Creeper and Doc Samson have always appealed to me as fascinating characters, and their differences would make for a World's Finest team in the vein of Blue Beetle and Booster Gold, or an antagonistic alliance like the JLA satellite years of Green Arrow and Hawkman. The Copperhead would be a great foil for the Creeper, as Copperhead's coils would ground the acrobatic Creeper; and Rhino vs. Doc Samson would be a battle royale indeed! Another great combo!

How about Batman and the Hulk vs. the Penguin and the Rhino?*

*The way it _should have been_ way back in DC Special v.1/#27!
