Blue Beetle & Booster Gold and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

I'm not sure what took so long, but it looks like Blue Beetle and Booster Gold are finally getting a team up comic together - Blue & Gold.  Is that a sign that DC and Warner Bros. have confidence in the heroic yet humorous duo?  A movie featuring the two was floated years ago, but nothing seemed to come of it.  Now there's a solo Blue Beetle movie in the works, but that looks to focus on Jaime Reyes.  Will Booster and Ted find a way into that project or elsewhere?  We will just have to wait and see.

It's the Secret sauce. Fabulous cover.

@Ross: I suspect it's a slice of pizza where one of the green peppers is actually an Emerald of Chaos!

That way, you could have the TMNT approaching the only JLA members they've ever heard of for permission to borrow a confiscated Mother Box
so they can boom-tube to Mobius and meet Sonic the Hedgehog in Turtletown.

But, of course, Sonic doesn't know any of this as Dr. Robotnik (who I still think looks more like a cyborg walrus) has orchestrated the whole thing.

There's still a fan desire to see Booster join the Legends; and Ted Kord is somewhere in the Arrowverse, so he could likewise join that team. They'd be a perfect fit, too!

This cover makes me imagine Jughead trying to defend his pizza from the Ninja Turtles!

When o when will the Emerald Elite meet Code:Red? AND...wait for it....
When will Booster Gold meet Deadpool? That should be a lively encounter.

Especially amongst the parents who want to keep their kids away from the Gold Pool!

I endorse the suggestion from our 11:43 Anonymous poster.

@Mr. Greenwade & my namesake: maybe with J. Wellington Wimpy as special guest-star?
