maybe an origin story would help in dealing with him.
Having taken on She-Hulk, Power Girl, Silver Surfer & the Defenders, a G.L., it might be interesting for him to go against The Totalitarians with The Parasite as a new member?? If he has developed thru multi universes, may be at an Anti-Monitor level.

If you really want "all hands on deck," you can have the Marvel Universe and the DC Universe vs. Mr. Universe! (Maybe even throw in some other universes, like the Champions Universe!)
