Superman and Daredevil

Tim Sale is another incredible artist that we lost too soon in 2022.  His special mini series featuring the biggest stars of Marvel and DC were among the most beautifully produced comics of the past few decades.  His artwork had a real sense of scope and grandeur that was perfect for depicting larger than life aspects of the characters. His powerful, signature style was unlike any other comic artist that I can think of, and he is sorely missed.

I wonder if Lois is being sued for libel by Luthor. But, then, why threaten Matt Murdock into not defending her? Unless it had something to do with vocally-channeled mind-control, discourtesy of...Killgrave the Purple Man!

Thanks for another wondrous year of amazing cover-sims, Ross. :-)

Ah, yes... the now-infamous* "mustard and ketchup" costume for our favorite Really Good Lawyer. I was just thinking yesterday that really need to see him wearing it while facing off against the Condiment King.

*Thanks to She-Hulk: Attorney At Law

Happier NEW Year Ross, and to your entire kingdom.

Love the cover, but where is Matt connecting to?

Offhand, I'd say a flagpole outside either a window of The Daily Planet or Lexcorp HQ.

For a cover, I wouldn't worry too much about details like "where is the swing line attached?" The background is an establishing shot, and the characters' action is completely separate.

Wicked D.D.art! And old Supes looks kind of... puffy. But I wouldn't hassle him about that. Using his own super-senses, the Man of Steel knows Murdock picked up privileged information with his radar senses. Plus, nerdy glasses and a baggy suit can't hide a Kryptonian bio-readings from D.D. Unless Daredevil has a certain type of glowing green rocks stashed in his billy clubs, this is going to be a quick encounter. Happy New Year gang!

Loved Daredevil's look when he debut. The chase isn't going to be long he's not even as fast as Spider-Man. Superman could use his super breath to throw Matt off. Hope all of you get a chance of having a year with less bullets bombs bullies and breaks in the supply chain when you need something.
