Catwoman and James Bond

Catwoman and Batman seemed to go their separate ways at the end of The Batman, but I hope that she will still be back for the sequel.  I thought Selina Kyle was very well realized in the film, and I look forward to seeing her more fully assume her costumed persona.  Here's hoping both she and Batman receive slightly more comic accurate looks for their next outing.

MS Kyle may find herself "appreciated, but not stirred" by the professionalism of her potential partner. At least, not till the main caper is over.

Is this the story that the movie ENTRAPMENT was based on? Seems all movies are based on comic books these days, so it's only a matter of time before it starts being retroactively applied to movies that already came out, too.

But seriously, cool cover. Selina looks like she's eager to see what kind of shenanigans she can get up to with her new quarry.

Selina would make a great Bond girl -- perhaps more in the Dalton/Brosnan era than Connery, but still fitting.

This 007 I would not mind seeing use his oft-mentioned LTK on Joaquin Phoenix's Joker, Paul Dano's Riddler, and Colin Farrell's Riddler.

Sorry! I meant to say "...Colin Farrell's Penguin." I just couldn't stand that particular movie version. And I guess my sense of repulsion is deeper than I thought!

Ms. Kyle's reply: "Enjoying my own custom-blended mixture of Absolut and Hpnotiq. I call it...Russian Bleu!"

It feels like Selina already got her target and is just taking an early retirement. She's leaving, not coming. But, she doesn't know what James has already done. In a bit her smile is not going to be there. Great shot Ross.

Let's hope for Bond's sake that he doesn't try to force himself on Selina as is his signature move.

@Booyaka: Bond doesn't "force himself" on women. In fact, a couple of his encounters could almost be described as the reverse. (Almost, but not quite.)

As an alleged descendant of one of the Wold Newton families, his hyper-charismatic aura wouldn't be that unusual. Especially if he was born on the cusp of Scorpio and Sagittarius! See TARZAN ALIVE by Philip Jose' Farmer (copyright circa 1971) for a more detailed analysis.

And for 007's exact place in the WNU family tree, see one of the addenda in DOC SAVAGE: HIS APOCALYPTIC LIFE (also by Farmer).

What if Deadman temporarily took over 007?

Elementally, my dear Anon. Elementally! :-)

@Anon@12:01: Pun not perceived. I do like the idea, though.

He was referring to 007's trademark greeting. And, yest, I think it deserving of the whole cookie jar.
