Hellboy and Warlord

There's talk from time to time about finally getting Guillermo Del Toro finally finishing his Hellboy trilogy, but I don't see it happening.  Ron Perlman is in his 70's now and Selma Blair's multiple sclerosis might make it tough to do an action role, but they may both still be willing.  Still, I don't think the box office potential is there for Universal Pictures to want to take the plunge.  Perhaps an alternative would be something smaller on a streaming service just to show how the story ends?

Looks like these might be the ghosts of the gunmen who were unwise enough to accept the contract on Moon Knight and the Elongated Man back in STF #2831.

Here's a weird thought, fellow fans. Hypothetically, suppose Ross were to reverse the perspective, and put some nameless thugs in the center, and show the barrels of some iconic, one-of-a-kind firearms and similar weapons around the sides. What weapons could that theoretically include? Darkwing Duck's gas gun? Foxbat's ping-pong ball gun? Ezra Bridger's lightsaber/blaster hybrid?

It would be a refreshing variant of the now-standard trope.
