The Falcon and Metamorpho

I was a fan of The Falcon as a kid due to his appearances in titles like Captain America and The Avengers, but there was another reason as well - he had one of the coolest Mego action figures!  I love his Bronze age costume and they got it just right, complete with wings and those cool boots.  I wonder where mine went, lost to time I guess (and probably a yard sale that I wasn't aware of!)

@Ross and Kevin: have you ever perused a website called "My Mom Threw Mine Away" owned/operated by Jack Delaney of Torrington, CT? He might be able to help you latch on to some suitable replacements. ;-)

I loved how Falcon was drawn by Paul Smith (and Mark Bright) back in his miniseries from the 80's.

I wish I could find my Batman mego figure. I lost him when I was about 6 years old. I can remember just not understanding how he could be lost.

This villain needs to team with Mr Hyde, Blockbuster and the Grey Gargoyle.( The Cornerstones?)

Another great cover. Any chance of the Elementals going up against the U-Foes?

Is there a comic character with the last name "Dixon"? That would seem a natural pairing with Metamorpho.

I remember hearing about a Golden Age pulp-fiction series called "Dixon Hawke vs. Waldo the Wonder Man."
