With all of the filming delays due to Covid 19, every movie studios' film slates have been pushed back. That means that casting announcements have also been delayed. Before all this craziness started up, I thought for sure we would hear some casting news for Marvel's take on a Fantastic Four movie by now. Hopefully, now that the gears of the movie industry are slowly beginning to crank again, we will get some announcements soon. Will they go for the long rumored John Krasinski and Emily Blunt for Reed and Sue, or does Kevin Feige have something else up his sleeve?
Starman previously crossed paths with The Thing back in STF #1564...

@Davejonz: Oh, I don't know. The Psycho-Pirate's powers having a delayed effect on Ted Knight would be a perfectly sequel-worthy plot device in a real-world comic book.
@Ross: given how COVID-19 has set the movie industry back almost a hundred years, I'd cast Charlie Chaplin as Reed, Stan Laurel as Johnny, Oliver Hardy as Ben, and Mary Pickford as Sue!

Good pairing.Storyline (abbreviated as it may be) works.
I strongly suspect that John Krazinsky and Emily Blunt will end up being our new Reed Richards and Sue Storm. My personal choice, though, would be Zac Efron and Eliza Taylor, with Rupert Grint as Johnny (provided Rupert can do a decent American accent); only Ben has escaped me so far.

Johnny Storm and introducing Mae West as Sue Storm. Can't miss at the Nickelodeon.

Not complaining, but is Starman actually Amazing Man with Ted Knight's head on top? Or did Starman wear a costume like this at some point? The gloves, the blousy button-flap chest, the boots, and trunks are not Starman's usual sleek look.
True! I can't recall the Golden Age Starman ever wearing gloves. At least, not in any of the reprints I read, back in the early 1970's.
