The Jonses

I've featured the relationships between J'onn and Angelica as well as Jessica and Casey on the blog before, and I thought that it was time to put them together as a whole family.  OK, I am bracing myself for the comments - Where's Indiana?  Wheres Rick, Where's Osmosis? Where's Bridget? Where's Barnaby? Where's Fred?  Where's Cleopatra? Where's Jimbo?  Where's Samantha?  Where's Velvet? Well, there's no rule that says all Jonses are related, but maybe in a sequel one or two of them could show up.

Let's just take a moment to really appreciate what you've done here...

Nice! And the group will eat well. Hamburgers. Pizza. And Oreos.

Great work! A lot more Joneses than I could have thought of.

I guess Rick and Davy were too busy to make it. Not the Lovecraftian POTC. The ex-Monkee who once dated Marsha Brady!

Where's Flattop Jones and his daughter ANGELICA (Angeltop)?

This show is brought to you by the letter "J" and our sponsor, J. Jonah Jameson's
Jaguar sports cars. Remember our slogan," If you're in a jam, get a Jaguar!"

Well done. I look forward to the sequel with Davy Jones of The Monkees.

If Bobbi Morse had married Rick Jones, would that have made her "Mocking J?"

Seriously, though: Carl and Anonymous raise an interesting question. Was there a total absence of Internet images of Davy Jones from Gold Key's "Monkees" comic?

How about Batman Jones?

Velvet Jones and Barnaby Jones would make a great late-Bronze Age street level team-up.

I know that a lot of folks have really been Jonesing for this. #BadPunNoCookie

But seriously, folks... I think that the only Joneses that I'd add to this mix are Indy and maybe Rick -- at least, unless you were to do it as a themed 100-issue Giant.

And I love the tagline at the bottom. You can bet that, were this an actual comic, the company would put that there.

We need a Casey Jones/Wild Dog team-up VS Jason Voorhees. It could be in comic book style or live action versions. Hockey mask horror!

I'll second Wolfhammer's Casey Jones/Wild Dog suggestion!

Ross has already done the Summers family reunion.

Here's Indiana?

@John Small: when he was revealed as being LeBeauf's character's father, in KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL, did that automatically make Indiana a...Hoosier daddy?

Insert *GROOOOAN!* here.

Aw man! Here's another "family connection" that I missed. All the friction from the generational and cultural gaps would make for some fantastic reading! A Rick & Indiana Jones team-up, with maybe Impossible Jones(?) would be snazzy.
