The final trailer for Aquaman has arrived, and while I feel that the promotional material has shown far too much of the movie, I can understand why. Given the poor critical and financial performance of Justice League and Aquaman's longtime reputation as a "lame" superhero, plus the fact that Jason Mamoa and Amber Heard have never had to anchor a film this big, it is facing an uphill battle to win over audiences. Still, I have faith in director James Wan. He delivers amazing action sequences and the shots I have seen look absolutely beautiful. Let's hope positive word of mouth turns the movie into a Wonder Woman-sized hit for the studio.

A zombie shark, huh? It must've gotten voodoo-ized after being dropped out one of them dang "sharknadoes!"
I think I remember the original form of this issue. Circa 1975, right?
Part of the initial jumping on of the JAWS bandwagon?
Great combination of two totally different heroes. It would be a fun story!
Early reviews for Aquaman are very positive -- one person called it "the best DC movie since The Dark Knight." I'm planning to see it right after the first of the year.
This cover is awesome, Ross. These are two very different heroes, yet this situation is one that would call for no other pair. It promises a very fascinating story.
agree with everyone above about this pairing, Ross...
with another idea from out of left field...
Tiger Shark and King Shark vs Shark Boy and Lava Girl????
Zombie shark, doo doo doo doo doo doo
But really, I love matchups like these because they aren't characters I'd immediately think of pairing so the possibilities are interesting :D
Although I consider myself a fan of Jason Mamoa, nothing about him says Aquaman to me. That on top of DC not having a decent movie in decades, (including the awful Nolan films) I’ll pass.
What a great Amalgamation Arthur Blaze the Fiery Atlantean Carney Biker of Vengeance !
I don't think I'll Curry any favours with that one.
I enjoyed Furious 7, but I'll have to say that I've never had the slightest desire to see any of James Wan's other films' I suppose that it could go the route of Wonder Woman, which was an excellent movie, but the rest of the post-Nolan DC films have been terrible or at best tragically flawed movies. I'm looking forward to the Mary Poppins movie more. I agree with Rob Cline: as "a fan of Jason Mamoa, nothing about him says Aquaman to me". I may see Aquaman, but only if it's convenient.
I am So watching Aquaman, I did not watch the others after DC's Great Trilogy of Nolan (although I so wanted to see the retro-Historic Super Heroine Wonder Woman Epic in 3-D on the BIG SCreen). WeeSa No Carin' for da: Bat-Fleck, Super Murderer, Wussy Flash, Domestically Abused Chick, or dumbed down New Gods.
Wasn't ZOMBIE SHARK part of Sharknado Week 2018 on Syfy Channel?
