Nightwing used to be known as Robin, Batman's sidekick. Robin used to be an orphan, formerly Dick Grayson of the Flying Graysons.

Here's a thought (always dangerous in my case): Have you ever used any of the characters from that Marvel-DC blendered universe, Amalgam or whatever it was? I guess you'd have to team them up with not-Marvel-or-DC characters. As I said, dangerous to let me think.
I try not to make a crossover out of another crossover, which rules out the Amalgam characters,
How about the Red Skull and the Mask (whose face is cranial looking).
Deadman WAS in previous cover - he was inside one of them!
I would read the hell out of this book. So many of my favorites are on this team, that it's *ahem* uncanny.
I love this team. Deadman's addition makes it even better. Sooner or later, they're going to have to fight the Circus of Crime.
I'm with Alaric. These guys need an enemy to fight, and the Circus of Crime seems ideal.
Along a similar line, I'd love to see an update on Robo-Force's activities. Their first three appearances (#150, #202, #1450) would make a great mini-sieries and collected edition; hopefully it won't be too long before a continuation of the situation showed in https://braveandboldlost.blogspot.com/2017/05/robo-force-vs-brainiac.html#1850

I am planning on a return for The Roustabouts - and more ideas for Roboforce as well.
How about a cover with Nightcrawler and Beast Boy? At least one version of Beast Boy bears some resemblance to Nightcrawler.
LIke I said before; the first time around, he was probably hiding out in either Kurt, Clint, or Dick.
As Marc Haines pointed out the first time he was hiding in the heading.
I think that 'Astro City' actually includes a superhero who's called 'the Roustabout'...

Sorry, don't know: I haven't yet seen any issue in which he appears, just saw him mentioned (I think) in 'tv tropes'...
Too bad! It would've been a nice homage to one of Elvis' more-underrated musicals. The one where he played a singing motorcycle stunt rider for Barbara Stanwyck's carnival.
