Katana and Iron Fist

There was a perfect moment for Danny Rand to finally suit up at the end of The Defenders, but it did not end up happening.  Still, we did briefly see a more traditional Iron Fist costume in action for a moment in his premiere season, so there's no reason for him to don something close when the second season rolls around.
