Mary Jane and Lois Lane

Lois Lane is one of those characters that actresses really have fun with.  and there have been some really enjoyable depictions over the years, my favorites are Noel Neill, Margot Kidder, Teri Hatcher, Dana Delaney Erica Durance and Bitsie Tulloch.  Everyone seems to love the choice of Rachel Brosnahan as the latest cinematic Lois, and she does look great in the teaser trailer.  I can't wait to see what she brings to the role.

Yet another genius combination. I'd never have thought of it, but now that I've seen it, it looks (to borrow from Monty Python) Ph.D in the bleeding obvious. As Homer S might have put it, Doh!
Plus the choice of villain fits perfectly here.
Plus plus it strikes me that these two gals could easilyform the nucleus of another STF team. They just need a few more super girlfriends to add to the mix....

Stan Lee would just call it: "ferschlugginer chutzpah!" :-)

Wow! Fierce and "Lucious" Lois Lane along with fiery and magnifique MJ! What a combination! Almost as if Mary Ann and Ginger had super powers! Ha!

Assuming that MJ is calling herself "Jackpot," here, what super-nym would Lois adopt? Teri Hatcher's version called herself "Ultrawoman."

Maybe Gilligan could meet SpongeBob SquarePants.

Maybe Teri Hatcher’s Ultrawoman could meet Ultraman.

I have been away from comics too long to recognize where you got the images from but making opposition Kang is perfect so the superheroines could come from anywhere. Sequel could be with Time Trapper with additional characters.

Please do not make it a Brian Michael Bendis story!

You mentioned Noel Neill but you forgot the very feisty Phyllis Coates.

What? No love for Amy Adams?

Unless you are avoiding modern takes on the characters, there are at least 2 more Super Lois versions as well, and of course, Mary Jane has had a number of spider/super versions as well. This one could be a good series! Awesome cover, again!

My first love for Lois will always be Phyllis then Noel

Yes, Phyllis Coates was great as well. I love AMy Adams as an actress but her Lois was missing something - I think it was for me a lack of chemistry with Clark/Supes.

poor Joan Alexander is always forgotten from radio & animated. A world where Spidy doesn't wear a mask? WOW!! Clark & Peter are regular guys....fun!!
So much potential for so many different reasons! Popcorn for everyone!!

Would she work with the other members of the SSSP? Would she visit the M78 Nebula and meet the Ultra Brothers?

(Tsuburaya's Ultraman is superior to the leader of the Crime Syndicate.)

Why? Is he planning to have Gilligan meet Spongebob, too?

Then, how about Amy Adams as (the voice of) Sandy Cheeks meets Squirrel Girl (voiced by Malana Vayntraub)?

Ross only does pictorial simulations using illustrations and photo-captures. Nothing audiovisual (a la Youtube, for example).

I forgot all about Joan Alexander, thank you, the original voice of Lois Lane. Spanning the 30's to the 60's, radio, the Fleischer Superman cartoons and the Filmation "NEW" Adventures of Superman, that ushered in a full Saturday morning of cartoons in 1966.

We have a shared fondness for the Lois Lane actresses you listed, but the best, most comics accurate portrayal (at least for of the modern Lois) was Elizabeth "Bitsie" Tulloch of Superman and Lois. Tough, Smart, Passionate and incredibly sexy with the Dark hair and Blue Eyes. My second place Lois is the great Phyllis Coates, also tough and feisty, wish she would have lasted longer on the show, but her effectiveness would have probably been muted when the show really changed it's tone especially once they switched to color. The rest for fine for their time, but all had the "tongue in cheek" in common. Amy Adams was fine, but Lois does not have red hair. And the movies themselves were a complete miss - even though Cavill looked the part for Superman
