Mister Miracle and 4 Famous Co-Stars

I used to like the Marvel Team-Up annuals that would have a truly random assemblage of heroes gather together for an adventure.  This is my take on that concept.  I can see The Ringmaster in the middle of his latest plot, unaware that the audience includes a handful that are ready to fight back.

A enjoyably random collection of co-stars. No doubt dealing with the Ringmaster will forge a bond between them - and they will need to make their STF return as as team sometime. How about calling them the Motleys?

Since your cover is a circus theme, Dick Grayson's Robin would have been an appropriate addition as well.

@Mark Rosendorf: he's already leader of the Roustabouts.

@Ross: Well done! I never would have thought of these five.

Yes!

Have you ever done an all-carnival cover with Nightwing, Deadman, Mr Miracle, Hawkeye, Ghost Rider and Nightcrawler?

Terrific Sunday morning cover Ross! You've created another spontaneous super-team à la the Champions or the Defenders. The rest of the Roustabouts must be tied up at some other gig. And you've made great use of the Ringmaster. Instead of him being some cheap villain Adam West could knock over, you've shown him to be quite the puppetmaster. Correction: @ Anon 10:39 AM, search for the Roustabouts in the upper left search box. They're pretty awesome!

Great cover! I especially like featuring Tesla Strong, great addition!

@Ross: Seriously! I don't know how you can possibly top today's cover with whatever you have planned for STF #4400. Not unless you're going to amalgamate the covers of World's Finest #207 and Iron Man v.1/#50.

Thanks! I've already used those images for other covers, Cary.

I'd never heard of Tesla Strong before this, so I looked her up. Her "Searchboard" would make her ideal for a team-up with the Silver Surfer.

And do I understand right that the Searchboard also has multiversal properties? If so, she could team up with the likes of America Chavez and Jenny Everywhere.

Tara Strong?! With Captain Action? That's a BIG sundae to enjoy with Scott, Matt and Harvey as additional toppings.Early Ringmaster too? I'm gonna have such a tummy ache!!But a treasure like this is going to last for quite a while.

@Det. Tobor: "Then, put that lime juice in the coconut and drink'em both, together."

@Anonymous: enough with the Harry Nilsson references. Please!!!

OK, then; what if I make a request? Birdman and the X-man Angel! Either one-on-one or as part of Wing Command! See STF #3720.

Carycomic said...

@Anon1254: the one-on-one was already done @ STF #2131.

Insert shrug emoji here.

In that case, I'll settle for Kim Possible meeting Hanna-Barbera's Impossibles. :-)

P.S.---shouldn't this technically be Tesla Strong's 2nd appearance (counting STF #515)?
