The were lots of rumors about a Ben Affleck-starring Batman movie which would have featured the Dark Knight up against Deathstroke. Those plans seem to have gone away now that James Gunn and Peter Safran are in charge of the DCU. That's OK with me - I much prefer to see Deathstroke as a foil for Dick Grayson and the New Teen Titans anyway. Still, it seems like this new DCU is skipping right to Damien Wayne (& Nightwing possibly), so who knows if we will ever get a proper Titans movie anyway?

Deathstroke vs Falcon & Nightwing...maybe.
Deathstroke vs Taskmaster....done twice.
Deathstroke vs Super-Adaptoid and Amazo??
Deathstroke vs Green Goblin??
Deathstroke vs The Sentinels??
Somethings can't help but be toyed with.
With CW having seemingly killed off Batman (according to trailers for their new super-series GOTHAM KNIGHTS), I think you can kiss the likelihood, of a live-action Teen Titans show, permanently goodbye.
As for the declaration within the title of today's issue, I think it might be more appropriate to say that only one Wilson will "Wade" away. As these two will probably--and literally--kill each other!
Deathstroke was a major bad guy in Season 1 of DCU/HBO Max Titans series, which I consider featured the NTT (Dick Grayson, Raven, Starfire, Changeling,Donna Troy). Because of it and the Teen Titans Go Animated movies, I also doubt they'll get a movie.
That more recent Deathstroke costume looks more like Deadpool to me. At first, I thought wait a minute -- two Marvel heroes and no other company featured? :)
Not permanently and besides Gotham Knights is set in a different universe.
I think we will get a proper Titans film one day as Gunn himself has said that he grew up reading the NTT run when he was younger via Twitter recently. - https://twitter.com/JamesGunn/status/1627069778228838407
If there's a new Teen Titans movie, I hope Gunn takes full control of it and doesn't let Safran screw it up.
Well, Gunn has said that he's a big fan of the NTT run after all.
Okay... just hear me out:
Dennis the Menace... squaring off against Deathstroke.
Big, red-letter title splashed across cover: "BATTLE TO THE DEATH AGAINST MR. WILSON!" ;)
@Bob Greenwade: I'll take James Gunn over Rian Johnson, anyday.
@Mateus Honrado: you mean, the CW has a multiverse, again? And, here, I thought the Crisis On Infinite Earths had unified all the parallel Earth dimensions into a single one.
@Carycomic: that's like expecting the videogame franchise "Final Fantasy" to ultimately live up to its brand name. Ain't ever gonna happen!
Another flawless cover! Really, really nice job!
