The Crimson Avenger has been featured in photo form on a couple episodes of Stargirl. Hopefully that means eventually we'll get a flashback featuring him. I got a real kick out of seeing Johnny Thunder and the Ted Grant Wildcat a few weeks back, and I hope the show keeps including scenes of the old school heroes like that one.

Ditto! And the last we saw of Sir Justin, he was off to search for his fellow Soldiers, so it may not be all flashbacks. Plus, in the photos (as I recall), Crimson Avenger was in his Shadow-inspired suit rather than the spandex. And of the Seven Soldiers whom we haven't seen so far, he's the one I'd most like to actually see.

@Horsefeathers: Hey, I'm still hoping that Ross will find a way to team the Crimson Avenger with the Toxic Avenger, the Midnight Avenger, Captain Avenger, and various others (Daffy Duck's Masked Avenger?) into a team. The main reason I didn't mention it above is that I just did so a few days ago, and it's too soon. (Oh, wait....)
They could call themselves... The League of Justice!

Seeing the original JSAers on Stargirl - it's my favorite part of the series. My son doesn't get most of the references, and explaining it is half the fun!
I preferred Lee Travis' earlier costume, the more 'Shadow'-like one, but this picture's basis is intriguing. Is he just angry that the Dynamo has been bringing the word "Crimson" into disrepute, or is there more to the matter?

How about a team-up between the later Crimson Avenger -- the African-American woman with the cursed guns, who appeared a few times with the JSA from 2000[AD] onwards -- and the Punisher?

Golden Avenger? The only character by that name that I know of (or can find) is in the Champions Universe (and someone I'd probably want in charge of the above LoJ team if Ross was at all familiar with the CU). I can also find it as a nickname for Iron Man, but the quote given doesn't sound very in-character for either of them.
