Batman and Super Goof

I've been enjoying watching some classic cartoons on Disney+.  Some I have never seen before, and some bring me right back to my childhood.  Among those are the Goofy shorts, where he explains aspects of every day life.  I remember seeing them as a kid watching The Wonderful World of Disney, and they have been a joy to revisit.

where's Rodger Rabbit when you need him?

Cheery stuff. (Although I admit I prefer to see characters like Batman paired with less cartoony ones. These two really do seem to exist in such utterly different worlds it's hard to imagine the story you'd get in the actual issue.)
Still, it's a fun cover! And your title is a classic!

Trivia note: Detective Comics #392 included a one-page gag filler by John Costanza called "Super Goof," no relation to Goofy. So in a sense, Batman and Super Goof did once actually share a title.

The incongruity of this pairing is what makes this so delightful. It's less incongruous as I note that Batman appears to be solidly Silver Age, a time when his adventures were at their (arguably) lightest. I could see this Batman being annoyed with Goofy at first, but gradually coming to accept him and may even shaking hands with him at the end.

For something really incongruous, you could try Yakko, Wakko, and Dot Warner deciding to make a "Special Friend for the Day" of Carnage.

(Though even as I was coming up with that, I started to wonder how a rivalry between Kraven the Hunter and Elmer Fudd would work out!)

I'm loving this. The perfect comedy relief for a plus-one issue!

Btw: if my calculations are correct, your 3000th anniversary should debut on...June 30.*

*I wonder how many lottery tickets will be bought, by your readers, favoring threes and zeros?

I love the Bat-Man's mast head.
You do realize this story wouldn't be that far from canon since he did have Bat-Mite.
Bat-Mite and Spider-Ham?

Diff track - CW's post Crisis Earth - problem g a p : Supergirl had aliens come to Earth 38. Barry & Oliver did NOT have regular aliens on their Earth. ( tho 'alien
Earthlings' from parallel Earths kinda maybe counts.)
Now, Supergirl still has aliens coming to her show. These aliens need to pop up around all the cities and shows...including Barry's and Oliver's. And they should have been around for a couple years on this new Earth.

Montgomery Burns vs. Scrooge McDuck.

"Where Beagles Dare?" That title would've been perfect for a Snoopy team-up. I know you just did a multi-part epic, but maybe you could retcon this as the first part of one? :)

Maybe Batman gets to try a super-goober?

@Anonymous947: are you, by chance, referring to Fatman The Human Flying Saucer from Milson Comics?

Yep! Exactly. Thanks for the correction. :-)
