Keep thinking of McCoy & the Federation. The more open the planets get, then there will be mutated strains of illnesses that will be a whole new challenge to neutralize.
If she mated with Kal-el, would that alter the power level of their offspring to be above his?
Considering how Tamaraneans were initially drawn, back in the pre-Crisis Eighties, I thought they were descended from clones of Little Orphan Annie! Because, I don't know any breed of cat that possesses pupil-less, snow-white eyes.

Thundercats really originated an animated series in 1983, but some difficulties forced the series to air in 1985; BTW, in 1981, a book called After Man: A Zoology of the Future was marketed, which featured among its predicted species the striger, a monkey-shaped carnivore descended from the the last of the true cats; maybe some people in the 1980's speculated that the Thundercats weredescended from strigers via ape-like ancestors. XD!

I think they're descended from Cathar Matukai who fled the GFFA soon after the start of the Jedi Purge by Emperor Palpatine.

What makes you think that they COULD have offspring together? From the post-'CoIE' reboot right through to Convergence, even Kal-El producing offspring with Earth-humans seemed to be considered impossible (except in some 'Elseworlds', anyway): In fact, I can remember one comic in which Kryptonians were clearly stated to have ninety-[something?] chromosomes, which would definitely rule it out...
And even in Convergence, Jon wasn't conceived until after Superman had been de-powered...
@simreeve: you know what'd be the scariest Elseworlds tale of all? Starfire's sister, Blackfire, aiding the escape of (then seducing and marrying) Unjust Superman!
If nothing else, it could bring about a reunion between the Thundercats and the Masters of the Eternian Universe.
