Would Black Hole (from Howard the Duck ) be considered an X Factor?
My money's on Kurt as Warp can create teleporting holes that seem to draw people in and send them greater distances than even NC travel can but I feel his secondary skills will put him above W since I have no clue regarding W's hand to hand capabilities. Also, NC can always bamf away from W's portals.
Had his creator not "jumped ship" from DC to Marvel, Nightcrawler might have been a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes.
Nightcrawler would no doubt reach the point where he'd no doubt take Warp's advice and stop trying to _escape_! Instead...
...he'd double-back and teleport onto Warp from above. One sleeper-hold-applied-with-that-prehensile-tail later? Voila! Near-instant butt-whupped French teleporter.*
*The Brain did seem to have a penchant for recruiting B.O.E. members from French-speaking countries.

Actually DC reject Nightcrawler for the Legion before Dave Cockrum left to go to Marvel.
@Scott; ironically while Marvel accepted Nightcrawler for the X-Men, they rejected another concept, a bat-based hero Cockrum offered up, because they felt NC already provided enough creep factor for the team.
