Sgt. Rock and Agent Carter
It's too bad that Agent Carter has not been renewed for a third season. Frankly, the series held my attention a lot more than Agents of Shield has ever managed to. I liked Hayley Atwell in the title role quite a bit and I was also glad that viewers got a human Jarvis. Atwell has signed on to another series, but hopefully she can return for a special or something down the line.

Personally, I haven't watched AGENTS OF SHIELD, either. So, I wouldn't have cared if _both_ series had been one-season wonders!
That being said, Cap and Wonder Woman vs. the War Wheel might have been a more ideal premise for today. If only as a way to reunite the estranged couple.
Only one comment? Ross deserves better. So, here goes with some ideas very tenuously inspired by today's characters... More like a flow of ideas...
Sargeant Rock meets Obelix: rock and rock carver
Which makes me think, Black Adam and his historical legions meeting the Asterix cast could be very interesting. Or for that matter, Kid Eternity and Asterix!
Or for something really oblique, the pirates from Asterix meeting the nemesis of pirates, the Phantom!
How about the Phantom and Zen the Intergalactic Ninja, aiding Samus Arran against the Zebesian space pirates?
P.S. @ 2nd Anon: Maybe you, me, and your namesake were the only ones with nowhere else to go for 4th of July weekend. ;-)
This weekend is just a normal weekend for most of the countries in the world. Happy 4th for those in the usa
I can see the Wheel's demise, with Rock climbing on top of it and dropping some pineapples in the commander's cupola. Now that's how the Rock of Easy takes out a wonder weapon.

More like airlifted up there by Wonder Woman. Or, failing that, the Marvel Miss America (aka the future Madeline Franks)!
