Firestorm in the Marvel Universe (Part Two)

Continued from yesterday's cover, we see that the nuclear man finally found some balance again. It has been interesting seeing the different partnerships in the Firestorm matrix over the years.  My favorite is still the original Martin Stein / Ronnie Raymond combo, but I also liked when Raymond and Jason Rusch worked together as well.  The TV version has the scientist / jock vibe of the original so I have enjoyed what they have done there.

I told you Richards would be the one to scope out the solution. But, even I never anticipated this. Good one, Ross!! :-D

Great! Now Reed can study Firestorm's powers and replicate them, creating a cost efficient way of ridding the world of toxic materials by turning them into useful but difficult to find or produce materials.

Or, you know, maybe not.

What else can I say except: FANTASTIC!!!!!

Okay, maybe I went a little overboard with the exclamation points. Repeat: maybe! :-)

Firestorm's a great character, at least in part because he's very much a DC take on a Marvel character. Beginning with Gerry Conway drawing upon his Spider-Man writings (and flipping the script a little) and ending with being incredibly powerful.
