I've always felt the Martian Manhunter would have done well at Marvel. His nuanced origin and tragic backstory fits the silver age Marvel method of story telling.

@Crazy Ivan: I've always felt that JJ's earliest look was patterned after that of Aarkus (the Golden Age Vision).

Can J.J. turn immaterial like the Vision? Changing shape and mind reading help distinguish him from Kal-El.
Speaking of Kirby, he drew a character in the 1940s, called the Wrecker. He was a regular criminal that destroyed property, but on the splash page in this early Adventure Comics, interior story, (1942??) was a figure that would be identified immediately as The Hulk. Green skin and purple pants and all.
In March is to be a new Ghostbusters movie, Frozen Empire. If we can get a new Back to the Future (again) also, maybe some more great times??

@ Crazy Ivan. Interesting you say that because at one time DC and Marvel plane to exchange the Martian Manhunter with She-Hulk. I want to say it would have been the result of the second Marvel/DC mini-series back in the 90s. The articles I read I don't remember them mentioning why it fell apart. but the plan never came about.
