And the good doctor is thinking, 'I could have had Namor or Hulk, but i had to sneeze at the worst possible time and get these two who are worse than Spider-Man ever was!!'
X marks da doc!
Dear Ross: call me a pessimist if you want. But, here's what I think of their chances for success.
"What's Blue and Gold...and red all over?"
At least we now know why Doc was absent from the cover of STF #4330. The rest of the (more capable) Defenders were already trying to rescue him!
Only four comments (including mine)? Must be a lot basketball fans who overdid the sudsy stuff, at home, yesterday.
Well, then, I'll just take up their slack. How about Deathlok vs. Dethlok (from METALOCALYPSE)? With or without the former's fellow Skip Tracer, Judge Dredd?
I love their original appearance. Makes me laugh. Brilliant use of the original material.
I think they have a chance to impress the good doctor here.
@Detective Tobor
Since we're talking about sneezes it would be nice for once to have a cover featuring characters from Monster Allergy.
@Magnus working with or against Poison Ivy? or Nightmare? Dreamy
@Magnus and Tobor: I thought that was simply the medical term for an allergic reaction to Monster Power Drinks.
@H.H.Horsefethers on Skeets
Someone who's been working for a long time in he field of the occult like Hellboy or John Constantine.
@Magnus the Barbarian
Going down Monster Alley in a thick fog at midnight. Soon to showing on MAX.
@Magnus the Barbarian: would you settle for Scooby Doo and the rest of Mystery, Inc.?
@Anonymous
That doesn't sounds bad, besides the Monster Allergy cartoon aired on Kids WB and had a premier promo announced by Shaggy.
It must have been a work-week mid-afternoon cartoon. Available only to kids home from school after 3PM. Not grown-ups who work till 6PM. Because I literally never heard of it before this article!
I'm trying to recall the original main source for this cover. Did it have Adam Warlock as the captive?
Simreeve, it was The Thing
Clea & Alley-Kat-Abra would make a nice future cover.
@Anon303: Red Lantern Dex-Star vs. GL ALF of Melmac would be better.
