Static and Spider-Man

I haven't heard much about the Static movie since it was announced, but I am definitely looking forward to it.  Michael B. Jordan will be producing alongside Denys Cowan and Reginald Hudlin, so it has a lot of talent behind it already.  Hopefully we will hear about a director and casting soon.

YES! One of the few foes Spidey has never clashed with, even in his mainstream mags. Once, I even sent Marvel a plot summary. Spidey teaming up with Iron Man because the people of Starkesboro, Massachusetts, had been amalgamated into Zzzax by Electro (discourtesy of Baron Brimstone). Rejected, of course, on the grounds of "we are not accepting cold scripts at this time."

Proving, yet again, how criminally ignored you are by canonical comics publishers, Ross. Because a real-world version of this would definitely get bought by me faster than you can say "Reddy Kilowatt's evil twin!"

That idea is worth Two Drumsticks.

@Cary: That insular attitude is really the main reason I haven't tried getting in as a writer at either of the Big Two (and of course Marvel would be my preference these days).

Dear Ross: have you ever considered this "long-lost" relationship for a cover? Max "Electro" Dillon reunites with his brother Roscoe in "Over The Top!"
