Presenting Part One of a Two Part Epic! Thank you to Ken Roskos, a Patron of this Blog, for suggesting this match-up. It's too bad we never got to see Blake Lively transform into Star Sapphire in a Green Lantern sequel. Oh well, maybe the villainess will appear in the HBO Max GLC series. Come back tomorrow for the exciting conclusion!

Which raises the question; Has Spectrum heard of Thanos and his stones? Who needs a power ring when you have those gems?
For that matter, Ross, how about the full gloved Thanos vs Dr Manhattan? Winnner remakes All!
Great combo, Ross. Am guessing part two is the is Thundra v Guy Gardenr, maybe?
If so, a team up of matriarchal societies can't be far behind.
Just one question: is this the Carol Ferris version...or Remona Notri/Camille/Debbie Darnell version?
Carol!
I second Tobor's suggestion of Dr. Manhattan vs. Infinity Gauntleted Thanos.
Sneaky title.
@Emsely Wyatt: it could be worse. It could've been ex-Disney Mean Girl Lindsay in "Don't Mess With The Lohan!"
Wicked Ross! Thank you. I always thought that the original Carol Ferris got a raw deal from the writers. Her sapphire had no specific identity like the Power Prism had, but it still seemed to make her its catspaw. The old Zamaron programming I guess. "Women can't handle real power". Now I remember the Wasp being taken over by the power prism years ago. Could another switcheroo be on the horizon? Ol' Doc Spectrum might be in for a rude surprise!
@Ken Roskos: And a lot sooner than he thinks if he tries to usurp all of Gemworld from Princess Amethyst!
@Carycomic: Hmm, I don't know that comic, but I reckon that sort of showdown would be like Superman #261, with interest.;) I remember Sargon the Sorcerer possessing a "Ruby of Life", but I guess that would be small potatoes in this case.
@Ken Roskos: see STF #'s 364, 574, and 1206.
