Harvey Dent is all about balance, so I see this as a natural collaboration. I can see their infighting and plotting becoming a distraction that he would be forced to deal with, though. Let's hope at least one of them knew enough to tamper with his coin to give themselves the desired outcome.

10 out of 10 for both ingenious idea and smooth execution.
it's like date night all week long. One comes in on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
while the other comes in on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. On Sunday, they're both out in different areas spying for Two-face. Be funny if they were actually brothers. He'd almost be getting two for one.
Or a prime and his too much like him clone.
Knowing these two, one of them would probably replace the coin with the butt end of an exploding cigar. A plastic one!

With a color scheme like this, he should've gone up against Gemini from the original Zodiac Cartel.
I could see both of them tampering with the coin, with the second one overriding the other's work.
But this is indeed a fun cover -- almost as good as the Warners choosing the Joker as their "special friend for the day" (which I know isn't going to happen; I'm just using it as a reference).
In a follow-up, we'll see the real winner... Duela Dent has recruited the Grey Spy to foil her father's scheme!
