Awesome cover! I could see Sword of the Atom being a good fit here.
But how well could Ghost Rider affect Felix Faust? The fact that the latter has sold his soul might give him some protection against the former's Soulfire...
Maybe FF thinks he can gain--and maintain--control of Zarathos more easily than he did with Abnegazar, Rath, and Gast.
