Captain America and Wonder Woman in "War-Torn!"

I really loved artist Aaron Lopresti's take on Wonder Woman.  He made her strong and beautiful without being overly sexualized.  His version of the classic costume is my probably my favorite look that she's had so far.  Lopresti is currently working on Metamorpho in Legends of Tomorrow, and I think that it's the best that character has looked in years, a modern spin on Ramona Fradon's original design.

Looks like bad luck for the WW/Cap romance... after all, it is their 13th cover together...

Yeah, about the new DC Legends of Tomorrow comic, Metamorpho is good, so is Metal Men, and Firestorm is the reason I started buying that book, but Sugar and Spike is the sleeper hit there. Such great stories and so funny using many silver age references I just love it!

I do love this crossover pairing, it's very believable that Diana and Steve would work well together. Let's hope Steve Trevor and Peggy Carter won't mind too much. ;)

How about a cover showing off Lopresti's work on Metamorpho? Ol' Rex seems like just the sort of guy to go up against, say, the Absorbing Man.

Which he did, back in STF #567

Argh, so he did. And of course he teamed up with the Thing, with the idea of having him at Ben's poker table.

But, on checking, I see that Rex has never teamed up with the Scarlet Witch. Now, that might be interesting!

Steve & Diana gotta pull thru! They just *gotta*!

Well, thirteen might be unlucky for them. But, at least I got half _my_ wish from yesterday. Thanks for that much, Ross! :-)

Say it ain't so, Ross....

Their only hope is if tomorrow's cover is a part 2. After all; fourteen is two seven's. Double lucky!
