Justice League of Amerca Vs. Thanos in "Clutches of Defeat!"

Thanos is set to make a major cinematic impact with the just announced Avengers: Infinity War Part I and  Avengers: Infinity War Part II.  The rumor is that the end of Avengers: Age of Ultron will have the team disband, and a new team will assemble for the next Avengers film.  I am guessing that the team will consist of  Black Widow, Hawkeye, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Vision, Ant-Man and perhaps newcomers Falcon, Black Panther and Captain Marvel - and will end with a cliffhanger in which the big guns (Hulk, Thor, Cap, Iron Man) return to join the battle against the Mad Titan... maybe they'll even throw in a few Guardians of the Galaxy for good measure.  Whatever they decide to do, it sounds like it is going to be huge!

Nice cover.

First time using the New 52 outfits.

Didn't you already depict this cover?

The JLA and Thanos have indeed clashed before on this blog. That one had a bronze age feel while I went for a more modern look for this cover.

I may revisit a team up from time to time, but the covers are always new!
