Wonder Woman and Nighthawk

Falling for the villain never quite works out in comics,  Batman and Catwoman have never seemed to reconcile their romance. Roy Harper had a child with Cheshire, but that ended in tragedy.  Alan Scott and Harlequin were happily married with two kids until DC decided that she was just his beard for all of these decades.  It doesn't look like Nighthawk is going to break the trend.

Was always a big fan of Nighthawk. Nice pairing. Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey! Not everybody can be Peter and MJ.

Still, maybe Nighthawk can get some marital advice from Wonder Woman. After all, she and Cap are still happily married in the Rossverse.

Arent' they?

Very much enjoy these daily flights of fancy, Ross. Always worth a visit. Thank you for ALL of this fantastic work (the best rabbit hole on the internet in my opinion). Have a great Thanksgiving.

Much Appreciated, Jeff!

One more thought before I head off for lunch. How about the Hulk vs. the Metal Men under the mind-control of his old foe, the Metal Master?

He already did that, three years back. @ STF #2498!

Perhaps a Nighthawkette for him instead?

Carycomic said...

@Tobor: Or he could marry a certain Feline Felon from Gotham City who would then fight crime as...The Catbird!*

*Selina Kyle-Richmond does have a certain ring to it. Don't you think?

Despite your unfamiliarity with the Champions Universe, Ross, I still would love to see a team-up between this Nighthawk and the one from the Champions game.

Why not add the gunslinging 19th century version from DC? And/or the Golden Age Night Hawk from Chesler Comics?

@Carycomic: it's certainly more pc than Nighthawkette.

Well, then, how about Knighthawk from modern-day Continuity Comics?

This calls for a sequel!

Like an emergency intervention!! Nighthawk on one side; Giganta on the other; and--literally caught in the middle as referee/couples counselor--the In-Betweener.*

*I couldn't decide between my initial preferences. Either Cap and Wonder Woman; or Doc Samson and Harley Quinn.

We practically have an entire team of Night Hawks!

@Bob Greenwade: And that's not counting the one or two pulp magazine heroes that used that alias!!
