It sounds like the Green Lantern Corps Max series is still on the way, even if it will take a while to get here. Report have said it will be a mostly down to Earth mystery, which I am sure will help the budget. Still, I hope they don't ignore too many of the fantastical off-world elements that makes The Corps such a cool concept. Now that the strikes are over, hopefully we'll hear more about the direction of the show and casting for it soon.

I wonder if they're trying to prevent the return of the Anti-Matter Man (from JLA v.1/#46)? After all, he hasn't been seen, except on a reprint basis, for 57 years!*
For those who might be too young to remember that two-issue wonder from the Early Silver Age; he was a dimension-hopping giant who basically resembled the In-Betweener in black boots with red jodhpurs and matching short-sleeved shirt. But, how is that possible if the In-Betweener didn't debut till nine years later?**
The answer is relatively simple. The Antimatter Man was created by DC story-telling legend Gardner Fox. The In-Betweener was created by Marvel's equally legendary Jim Starlin. And, circa 1972, this pair of talented individuals collaborated on the Dr. Strange story arc (in Marvel Premiere) that first introduced the quasi-Lovecraftian...Shuma-Gorath!
I can only imagine the anecdotes they might have shared in their spare time.

Perhaps. But, with the pre-Crisis DC multiverse being officially restored, post-Doomwatch, it's not totally impossible that some ambitious writer (with an appreciation for vintage characters) might someday reintroduce him in the pages of the modern Justice League comic.

come to mind too. The Lanterns are "coated" with energy to keep them neutral for both sides. Wonder how Deadman would do there??
And for the other question...could Kang affect Eternity?
The Golden Age super-villain called Future Man might be able to. He came from the year One Million AD! But, he, too, hasn't been canonically seen since the late Forties except in reprint form. So, to say that Kang is the only time-traveler with divergent selves strikes me as speaking too soon.
The important question for Green Lantern series is who will be voice actor for Chaselon and will he be CGI, puppet like in Farscape or a mechanical one.
@ Me: they might even go older school and have someone wearing a Sid & Marty Krofft-like costume, that resembles a giant diamond with a Mohawk, while someone else gets voice credit!
For example: many people know that it was comedian Lennie Weinrib who provided the voice of the title character in "H.R. Pufnstuf" (1969-70). But, almost nobody knows that the actor who wore the costume was one Roberto Gamonet!
