I think Jack Ryder was mentioned as having a radio or tv show in an episode. Having magic & Constantine also meant they could introduce Jim Corrigan and company. .After metas, aliens, Egyptian immortals & parallel worlds, I would love to have seen Digg's reaction to the Spectre! The Question can still easily fit right in, as could the earlier version of Phantom Stranger.
After meeting Vandal Savage and the Dominators, maybe Green Arrow could encounter a new CW character : The Silver Moon!
Final season next year, huh? I can't honestly say I'll be sorry to see it go. The SMALLVILLE version of Green Arrow still remains the best telecast one, for me, right up to this very day.
I'd rather see The Question vs. Dick Tracy.

Once again, Ross, you've built a cover that looks like it was drawn that way from the start. These two images are angled so perfectly in line I have to wonder whether you searched for one image to match the other, or just stumbled on the combination by serendipity.
An interesting thought on Vic Sage is that he's a TV investigative journalist. Something that I think no version of the DC universe has ever tried before is teaming him up with Clark Kent without either knowing of the other's alternate identity. I don't think there's room for that on Supergirl or the current slate of motion pictures, but who knows what some future reboot or new TV series might bring?
And that's an idea that I'd love to see more of on this blog: use of superheroes' civilian occupations. I've mentioned before the idea of having Doctor Strange and Dr. Mid-Nite have a consult over a medical case; Batman calling in Doc Savage for help with one of his more borderline foes, or Matt Murdock and Harvey Dent going at things in a law setting, would be loads of fun.
@det_Tobor: Jim Corrigan's already a part of the Arrowverse, since Constantine's eponymous show was retroactively set as canon. Who I'd love to see show up some time is Zatanna -- especially since most versions that I know of have a tense history with Constantine.

Matt and Harvey turned out to have been at law school together (or something like that) in a published Batman/Daredevil crossover.
@Bob Greenwade, I know Jim Corrigan's already a part of Constantine's world, but I would love to see him on Arrow or Legends, just to establish him for CRISIS for next season. Since Legends are dealing with magic problems now, this would be a perfect time for an encounter with THE SPECTRE.

"Spectre??? As in Special Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge, and Extortion?"
And Cisco quipping: "Naw! That's the other Jim."
det_Tobor: Ah, gotcha. Yeah, it'd be great if he were to show back up post-death, particularly on Legends. It wouldn't even have to be this season; early next season would be enough.

It only just now hit me that I said "Doc Savage" above when I meant "Doc Samson." That's a pretty significant difference.

And since Cisco is so much into STAR TREK, at some point he might utter that famous phrase, "He's DEAD JIM."
What happened to issue 2540?
I think that was The Invisible Men edition.
As in Claude Rains, David McCallum, and Vincent Vintresca?
