Iron Fist and C3PO

Continued from yesterday's cover, we now see what Luke Cage's partner has been up to...

I am hearing great reviews for the pilot of Jessica Jones and Luke Cage continues to impress with its casting decisions, so I hope that Netflix can keep the streak going with Iron Fist.  There have been rumors of difficulty in adapting the character, but if those are true I am sure it isn't anything that can't be overcome.

Make sure to stop in tomorrow for the exciting conclusion to this three-part saga!

The rumor I've heard is that Marvel-Disney-Netflix are trying to keep Iron Fist from falling into that David Carradine Kung Fu genre...even though it seems to capture that whole Bruce Lee-Chuck Norris vibe. Wasn't Daniel Rand originally based on Chuck Norris? Or am I mis-remembering? Either way they need to figure it out so they don't lose any momentum building up to Defenders...

C. C. is dead wrong. These first two covers are superb! And, I can't wait for the third cover. I'm hoping it will pit Heroes for Hire and the New Hope gang against...

...Master Khan and Darth Vader.

I'm enjoying this Heroes-for-Hire/Star Wars team-up immensely. I guess the final issue will be the full-scale team up of the two groups of heroes. Twice the thrills! Twice the action! Twice the Lukes!

As I understand it the Marvel/Disney TV shows don't fall under the new film management that the movies fell into during the last 2 weeks. And as I also understand it the Marvel committee that submitted suggestions for the movies but was disbanded are regrouping and making suggestion for the Iron Fist TV series that neither Disney or Netflix are happy about. In fact the latest rumor is the budget is growing out of control before anything actually begins and if things don't change Iron Fist will not go to TV at all.

Where did I say that I hated this cover or the previous one?
I haven't even commented on today's cover until now.
Some people are starting to put words in others mouths again.
I happen to love it & look forward to the conclusion.
This 3 parter reminds me of pre-Crisis JLA/JSA covers where a different group of characters from each team would pop up on them.
Specifically JLA #136 & All-Star Squadron #!5.
Good Job Ross!

Thanks, anonymous and CC!

I loved those JLA/JSA A-SS covers too! One is used as a template for an upcoming STF issue.

Heh-heh, Ross! You said A-SS! Roy Thomas tried to keep that from happening...I loved that crossover against Degaton!

Wasn't it Superman who, at the end of the first All Star Squadron story arc, warned the rest of the All Stars they'd have to be careful how they abbreviated the team's name? I think it was Superman.

@ C. C.

You may not have used the word "hate," per se. But, you did confess to not being Ross' biggest fan with regard to his multi-part crossover depictions. Which indicates extreme dislike which, in turn, is usually the definition/clue used for a certain four-letter word for same in crossword puzzles.

Hence, some of us had legit reason for putting words in your mouth.
