The Spectre and The Scarlet Witch
Elizabeth Olsen has been cast as The Scarlet Witch in Avengers: Age Of Ultron, and I don't really know what to make of that yet, as I have not seen any of her previous performances. I know that she has received critical acclaim for films such as Martha Marcy May Marlene, so she shouldn't have a problem holding her own with Robert Downey Jr. and company. I hope that she uses an appropriate accent for the character, it would seem odd to have Wanda Maximoff speaking with an American accent. It will also be interesting to see how Joss Whedon deals with her hex powers. It's always been a little confusing to me understanding exactly what the limits are in the comics.

I gotta admit... the "casual hex" line gave me a "tee-hee-hee" moment.
Ditto to what Drunkula said.
A "hell" of a pun! :) And of course another great cover.

That's funny!
Age of Ultron should be pretty good. Black Widow and Maria Hill will both be back right? And Scarlet Witch, that's pretty cool. Hopefully, by third Avengers film, The Wasp and Henry Pym will be around...
I follow the Oscars, and I was surprised to see you comment that Elizabeth Olsen has been nominated for one, so I looked it up. She's never been up for an Academy Award, but she's been nominated for several other awards and won a few. Like you, I've never seen her work, but given Joss Whedon's track record for finding just the perfect cast, I think she'll do just fine.
As for this cover, it's a very interesting bit of fun, if perhaps a bit disturbing depending on how Jim Corrigan's story has been retconned. I was a fan of the Spectre in the pre-Crisis JSA, as well as reprints of his original tales, and as I recall things he's dead.
I could have sworn she was up for Martha Marcy May Marlene, but maybe it was Golden Globes.
She's never been up for a Golden Globe either. That performance did, however, get her nominations for Saturn, Broadcast Film Critics Association, Chlotrudis, Independent Spirit, and Satellite Awards, as well as several nominations (most of which she won) from regional film critics associations. (All that's from her iMDB listing.)
