Supergirl and Captain Marvel
I had established in an earlier cover the familial relation between these two, and I decided to play around with that concept some more. There will be future covers dealing with their sisterhood as well.
Ms. Marvel's transition into Captain Marvel and her subsequent costume change works for me. I can see that Marvel wanted to go for a more movie-friendly costume, but it works for the comics as well. Hopefully we will see her up on the big screen by the time a third Avengers film rolls around. I have read rumors that Katee Sackhoff is being considered for the role, and I think that would be perfect casting.

Wait. Captain Marvel is a teenage girl now? Yep, I've lived too long.
This is the Earth-STF Captain Marvel so it all makes sense.
Hm, Carol Danvers is Captain Marvel now? This just screams for you to team her up with Mary Marvel (possibly but not necessarily in pursuit of this storyline).
I'd like Carol's suit more if it had colors similar to Mar-Vell's and not Marvelman's/Miracleman's.
@ Mr. Acer: It's technically the same colors, but reversed: blue where the red would be and vice versa. The red sash is the analog for the blue trunks and doubles as a callback to her own original costume. It's even the same Eon-granted insignia that Mar-Vell, Quasar and Mar-Vell's son all had. The only thing really missing are the Nega-Bands.

Now just tie in the evil Mrs. Dancers from the novel/movie Rebecca and you'll score the hat trick.
Wait, how can they be twins if one's Kryptonian and the other one's a Kree/Human hybrid?
In the Earth-STF universe, they're half-Kree/half-Kryptonian. Merely raised by separate sets of Earthling foster parents.
