Captain America Vs. Deathstroke The Terminator

I think this would be a pretty evenly matched battle.  Both are adept at their weapons of choice and well versed in multiple fighting techniques.  Cap is at the peak of human perfection with the Super Soldier Serum running through his veins, but Slade Wilson has the strength of ten men, enhanced reflexes and a healing factor.  That may give Deathstroke a slight fighting edge, but with Cap being the far better strategist and having that never give up attitude, I would still give him the eventual win.

What a cool team-up!

I'd forgotten that Slade Wilson is a soldier, that pretty much underwent the same kind of experimentation that Steve Rogers did. Wilson pretty much made his fortune as a mercenary and soldier of fortune, which explains the contract he accepted from H.I.V.E. on the Titans.

I could see a pretty good fight between the two, maybe even hand to hand combat, until Cap beats Slade.

That would be one badass, m%4f$@# issue!!!! Unfortunately, I feel as if Deathstroke's character and intensity has been significantly diluted since his 1980s Marv Wolfman years. DC can't stop disappointing with it's reboots and New 52 reincarnations, and thats a shame. Marv Wolfman's 1984 Deathstroke would have done some permanent damage on the current Captain. But probably not this New 52 one.

I agree...Cap would take one look at Slade's missing eye and then form a strategy to take advantage of his blind side. He would not give up himself duirng the first few strikes of the battle perhaps even wighing out his opponents skill but eventually he would close in and go for the knock-out and quickly subdue him with restraints.
Roger's training and battle experience give him an up...on any villain.
