The DNAgents and New Teen Titans team-up was kind of already done. Back in the first New Teen Titans series (1980-1986) the group faced a look-alike group called The Recombatants (a play on the term 'recombinant DNA'). I think it was done by a guest artist, Steve Rude. It even had a plot about ownership of artificial genes, the original premise of DNAgents.
Man, this is another one of these that I totally want to read now! ;-)
