Superman and Wolverine
These two both fall under the broad category of "super-hero", but are quite different from one another. I think that the differences they have are what would make for an interesting pairing, though. I am sure they could eventually find some common ground, as they are both virtually indestructible and age more slowly than those around them. Plus, when you get down to it, both of them are all about doing the right thing no matter what the personal sacrifice may be. Yeah, the more I think about it. the more I would like to see them interact.

Cool.
I miss books like The Brave and the Bold, DC Comics Presents, Marvel Team-Up, Marvel Two-In-One, Batman Family and Superman Family.
I think Wolverine has reached a point where he could sell a team-up book. He pretty much appears in nearly every Marvel comic!
DC Comics Presents was a fun book to read. It was different from World's Finest. It was nice to see Superman teaming up with other heroes. The stories were usually bigger and more sci-fi based than Brave and the Bold.
If I were working on a team-up book, I'd want Superman or Wolverine to anchor it, along with Spider-Man, Batman, The Thing and Wonder Woman. A rotating cast with a handful of anchor characters. Maybe Ghost, X and Concrete from Dark Horse.
Both are FLAGSHIP characters of their respective companies as well. Well, back in the 1970s till mid '80s, Spiderman was the flagship character of Marvel, but I don't think thats the case anymore among young set. The NYC Comic Con just happened, and there were few if any "Spiderman" cosplay costumes, but plenty of Deadpool, Ironmen, and Wolverines! So a commercial Superman meets Wolverine comic for Kellogg's Frosted Flakes would be a no-brainer today!
