Doctor Mid-Nite and The Hulk

Can it be?  Does Dr. Mid-Nite really have what it takes to cure Bruce Banner's condition?  And even if he does, are any of his instruments strong enough to work on the big green guy?  The answers are only sixty cents away!

Alex does such a great Kirby in 3D. All the characters by Alex is equal to the old paperback covers...almost priceless!
To the cure itself, the Doctor may have thought ahead for super instruments and or rays and or thru the mouth or ears. With friends like his, he can get help on non standare equipment easily.

Beautifully erie cover, Ross!

The eyebrow ridges on the Hulk are so massive, they make him look like he's wearing a visor, too!

Seriously, though; if this is the Pieter Cross version of Dr. Midnite, I would have to agree with Tobor. He definitely would have access to all kinds of high-tech stuff courtesy of Wayne Enterprises, the modern Mr. Terrific, Michael Holt, and maybe even the Amazons of Paradise Island aka New Themiscyra!*

*Remember their Purple Healing Ray?

At the risk of going off-topic for five minutes: how about Judge Dredd vs. Lobo?

Dredd would probably require the deputized help of the Amalga-Mates* to bring in that Czarnian bastiche!

*Iron Beetle and the Green Devil.

I'm with Cary. This certainly looks like it's Dr. Cross, and when it comes to medicine he's probably the top notch in the DCU, and likely here in the STFU as well.

At least, he'd be able to handle Bruce's physical ailment, whatever it might be. His transformational problem, as I recall, has to do with Dissociative Identity Disorder, and that might require a series of visits from a certain psychiatrist who carries a very large mallet.

And/or her green-haired colleague with the penchant for Flash-y red T-shirts? ;-)

I miss when comics only cost 60 cents.

Provided, of course, the latter isn't preoccupied resolving the emotional conflict between Starfire and the X-man Angel (@ STF #4835)?

I'd shell out twice as much to see Ross depict Jonah Hex and Conan the Barbarian vs. the Skip Tracers!

If it helps, Ross, you could have them fighting it out on the streets of Cynosure. ;-)
