Whoa! Didn't this once happen to the Fantastic Four discourtesy of Kurrgo (of "Planet X")? With his loyal robot somehow mind-controlling literally everyone on Earth into hating the FF? Could Ultron somehow have gotten hold of some of that Xian technology and similarly afflicted the Metal Men? If so, what for? And why is the Scarlet Witch seemingly immune?
i just thought of an interesting (visual) cover: Joker and The Creeper teamed up against Moon Knight and Emma Frost. Creeper and Moon Knight "seem" crazy, and I don't think even Emma Frost wants to be in Joker's head for very long...

Renegade??Maybe a mutant feeling empathy for a 'fellow' victim?? Depends which origin the Metal Men have here. Just androids or mind transfers. There's a thought. They had their minds swapped already and Wanda wants to see if she can help. (ie : Platinum's mind in Mercury's body?? Whoa!!)
