Given the absence of Raven, Kid Flash, and Beast Boy, I would have to guess...their apparent deaths.
Sadly, I have to concur with Anon1051's speculation. Just one question, though. Why would Angel want to join the New TEEN Titans in the first place? Weren't the X-men technically in their early 20's when Angel first switched to this look?
